- Tutors and Markers Training: Two sessions of Tutors and Marjkers Training were held on 5-6 March.

- A Centre of Mathematical Content for Teaching will start operating in Semester 1 2008, under the umbrella of the Mathematics department. The Centre will hold workshops and week-end courses for secondary Mathematics teachers. The first workshop will be dedicated to the theme of the Mathematics of Disease and will discuss, amongst other, Mathematical models related to the HIV.
