This event is generously supported by the NZMRI.
There is no registration fee for NZ-based participants. Accommodation on a twin-share basis, and some meals (breakfasts and lunches as well as one BBQ dinner) will be provided. These costs will be fully covered for NZ-based students; participating academics will be asked to contribute towards their accommodation costs. Participants who want a private room, or will be accompanied by family members, will need to pay the additional costs involved.
International delegates must cover their own participation costs, expected to be NZ$750; this includes accommodation (on a twin-share basis), breakfasts and lunches, the BBQ dinner, and registration.
A bus service from Auckland to Raglan and back will be provided for all participants free of charge. Students are expected to receive support from their home institution for other travel expenses to Raglan and/or Auckland. NZ-based students can also apply for a Kalman Summer Scholarship, funded by the Margaret and John Kalman Charitable Trust. International student participants are encouraged to apply for sponsorship from their respective professional societies.
There is no registration fee for the separate hands-on workshop in Auckland. We can help with finding accummodation, but costs must be covered by participants.
Places are limited and registration by 30 October 2015 is strongly encouraged. To register for the NZMRI Summer School, the Hands-On Workshop, or both, please, follow the instructions on the registration page.
