Notes:

1. Meeting room Monday 8 - Friday 12 is Treaty Room 2
2. Meeting room Saturday 13 is Waitaha
3. On Monday and Tuesday morning we will trial a self-service coffee cart from which you can make yourself espresso style drinks and hot chocolate. It will be set up in Treaty room 2 from 08:30 to 09:00. Please give it a go! If we like it, it will be available for the rest of the workshop.
4. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner (except for the conference dinner on Friday evening) is uncatered.
5. Thursday 11 afternoon is free for excursions.
6. The conference dinner is at Waikokopu Cafe (adjacent to the Copthorne) on Friday evening. Drinks and stand-up starters from 6:30, dinner from 7:30. Partners and kids are all invited, and catered for.
7. Monday and Tuesday are `student days'. Morning and afternoon talks are 1 hour duration (i.e. 55 minutes including questions plus 5 minutes for change over). Wednesday through Saturday is the general workshop - morning talks are invited and of 1 hour duration - afternoon talks are contributed and of 40 minutes duration (i.e. 35 minutes including questions plus 5 minutes for change over).
