• 01 December, The NZIMA sponsored programme - Dynamical Systems and Numerical Analysis includes a workshop at Leigh, December 1-3, 2004.
• 06 December, 2004 New Zealand Mathematics Colloquium - In Dunedin 6-8 December.
• 10 December, A special one-day Symposium - To celebrate Prof. David Gauld's contributions to the department will be held on Friday 10 December 2004, commencing at 9.30 AM.
• 13 December, The NZIMA sponsored Combinatorics Program - international conference Lake Taupo, December 13-18, 2004.
