An elementary method for finding the region free of resonance poles is presented. The method involves estimating time derivatives of solutions to Schr"{o}dinger's Equation. These estimates have certain implications regarding the region of analyticity of the reduced resolvent operator. The method also yields some generalizations to results already known about the location of resonance poles. |
